Just got back from an amazing wedding–one of the best weddings I’ve been to amongst the 20+ I’ve attended in my life. Nang and Stephanie have set a very high standard for future weddings–I’d have to say it was all just perfect!
- The location was simply romantic and beautiful. The Turnip Rose next to Triangle Square in Costa Mesa had beautiful architecture and the setting was perfect–palm trees, lighting, etc.
- The service was top notch, even better than Lexus service (now that’s saying something!). I got up to take a photo of the bride and groom and the server picked up my napkin from my chair, folded it nicely and placed it on the table for me. I was gone for only 30 seconds!!!!
- The food was THE BEST I’ve ever had at a wedding. The salad was sooo yummy along with the filet mignon and salmon. Dessert was even better–chocolate dipped strawberries dressed in tuxedos with white/dark chocolate and cake. They even offered a goodie bag to go–I chose a chocolate chip cookie instead of Krispy Kreme donuts.
- I never once had to ask for a refill on water. Evian water was refilled constantly from chilled bottled water.
- The fiber optic lighting over the dance floor was such a simple, elegant touch.
As you can see from the photos, I could not get enough of this place. I kept taking photo, after photo, after photo, after photo. I think I could have stayed all night, but we all know good things always come to an end so I had to end it at a good time. I also saw a lot of friends of friends who were also guests at the event–such a small world. Thanks Nang and Stephanie for inviting Robert and I to enjoy in your very special day!
Saying their vows; Rob looking cute

My favorite photo: their first dance under the ‘stars’.
